The invention of airplanes is one of the greatest marks of human civilization. I love sports! All my thanksgiving dinners were spent in front of the television with my family watching the football game. Our seasons were not Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall but instead it was Basketball, Soccer, Football etc… So it was only natural that in school, I involved myself in all the athletics I possibly could, but my one true love is definitely America’s greatest past time, Baseball. My school’s team struggled a lot; we had a lot of heartaches and disappointments despite hours of grueling training. Finally, after all that, we got it together. All the training, working out, and discipline finally paid off and we made it all the way to the championships. I was pumped! For the first time in years our school had the chance to be a winning team. Plus we were going to Los Angeles as well. Trips as a team were always great.
